The service
Slacify sends notifications for Google Forms submissions to webhooks you configure. Delivery depends on Google Apps Script, Slack and the receiving service; we do not guarantee delivery of every message.
Licenses
Plans are licensed per user, where a user is one Google account email address. A license may be reassigned to another Google account by the purchaser. Plan limits (forms, notifications) are described on the pricing page.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose, until cancelled; you can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Slacify to send spam or unlawful content, or to overload third-party services. We may suspend accounts that do.
Support
Support covers installation, licensing and usage, through our contact page. Custom development is not included.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
