Google Forms is one of the most widely used ways to collect information: demo requests, bug reports, job applications, event sign-ups, internal requests. What it doesn’t do well is tell anyone that a response arrived. Responses sit in a tab until someone remembers to look.
Slacify fixes exactly that one thing. It is a Google Forms add-on that posts every new response to Slack (or Discord, Google Chat, or any webhook) the moment it’s submitted, in a message you design, with the answers filled in.
How we build it
Private by design. The add-on builds and sends each message inside your own Google account, straight to your webhook. Our servers never receive your responses. We store only what the add-on needs: your email, your plan, and your notification settings. Webhook URLs are encrypted at rest. The details are in our privacy policy.
Small on purpose. Slacify isn’t a workflow platform. It does notifications, and it tries to do them without setup friction: install, paste a webhook, write a message, done. The setup guide is the whole manual.
Fair pricing. A free trial to prove it works on your form, then a flat price per Google account with unlimited notifications, billed monthly or yearly. Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
