Help
How can we help?
Quick answers to the most common questions.
I can’t add a new notification
Each plan has a form limit (Free 1, Standard 10, Business 100) and each form can have up to 10 notifications. Remove notifications from forms you no longer use — from the sidebar or your dashboard — or upgrade.
I upgraded but the add-on still shows Free
The license is tied to a Google account email. Check the licensed account on your dashboard matches the Google account you use in Forms, then close and reopen the sidebar.
Can I buy a license for someone else?
Yes. Buy with your own account, then assign the license to their Google account email from the dashboard. You keep managing billing.
Where do I get invoices?
Dashboard → Billing → Invoices & receipts opens the Paddle customer portal, where you can download invoices and update your card.
How does Slacify work?
Install the add-on in Google Forms, paste a Slack incoming-webhook URL and write your message with {{question}} variables. Every new submission is posted to your channel within seconds.
Do you store or read my form responses?
No. Messages are built and sent from the add-on inside your own Google account. We only store your email, your plan and rule settings (rule id, message template and the webhook URL, encrypted), which is what the add-on needs to work.
Can I send to Discord, Microsoft Teams or my own server?
Yes. Standard and Business plans can send a fully custom JSON payload to any webhook endpoint, so anything that accepts an HTTP POST works.
Can one form post to several Slack channels?
Yes. Add one notification per channel, each with its own webhook URL and message. A form can have up to 10 notifications.
What counts as a user?
One Google account email address is one user. Licenses are per user, and a license can be moved to a different Google account from your dashboard at any time.
Is there a daily message limit?
Not from our side on paid plans: notifications are unlimited. The free plan includes up to 30 notifications during its 7-day trial.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Same features and limits. Yearly billing costs less per month; monthly billing lets you cancel after any month.
How do I cancel?
Open Dashboard → Billing and turn off auto-renewal. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. We also offer a 5-day no-questions refund.
What support do you offer?
Email support for installation, licensing and usage questions. We can’t take on custom development work.
